Since 1977, Small Changes has been living up to their name – and after 32 years, the changes aren’t so small anymore. Providing the entire West Coast with magazine and paper distribution, the company has solemnly vowed to maintain their position at the forefront of their industry while operating entirely under eco-friendly ideology. With 100% of their used paper being made from recycled material, Small Changes hardly leaves an impression on the earth, though certainly leaves an impression with the public.

Printing a wide variety of green and eco magazines, the company has made it their personal mission to publicize the information needed to, quite literally, save the planet. As though this task is not monumental in and of itself, Small Changes also strives to support the organic food industry, not to mention its farmers, through numerous charitable donations. Having already been recognized by The Seattle Times for their excellence, Small Changes has proven irrevocably that even paper-distribution can be done with a clean environmental conscience.

Dimensional Imaging

Posted in Press Releases on March 31st, 2009 by Erik Maxim – Be the first to comment

Located at 1475 Elliot Avenue West in the Seattle area, is a niche for the creative. At this address, Cathy Shilts owns and operates Dimensional Imaging – a company that strives to make every envisioned piece of art, no matter how unusual or elaborate, into something tangible. Offering a wide range of services since 1994, Cathy takes orders for custom etchings, engravings and awards, and works with a full arsenal of stones, marbles, metals, and woods to turn an image into an object. “Digital companies design all sorts of logos on the web, but when someone actually needs to make them physically exist, I get the call,” says Cathy, commenting on a job she completed for Microsoft.

In the 15 years the business has been open, they have worked with, and been praised by enough household names for Cathy to safely say that her work is above the standard. Moreover, Dimensional Imaging earns praise on another front, having recycled nearly 90% of their unused materials, while the materials they actually use are often recycled, themselves. Turning virtual symbolism into something real and touchable, Dimensional Imaging is open from 10am to 5pm, though will also make scheduled appointments outside of this time-frame; and no request is too bold.

For more information on Dimensional Imaging, their website can be found here: www.dimaging.net
